The Nord Piano 6 contains a large selection of Grands, Uprights and Electric Pianos from our exclusive Nord Piano Library along with new features such as Dynamic Compression and Unison. Our state-of-the-art sampling technique captures the extraordinary nuances and real character of the source instruments.

The new included Nord Triple Pedal 2 enables our unique ‘Advanced String Resonance’ and Dynamic Pedal Noise features, delivering stunning realism and expressiveness.

Sample Synth Section

The Sample Synth features two independent layers and comes with a broad collection of new and updated sounds, ranging from strings, wind, brass, basses and guitars to classic analog leads and basses. The factory bank includes exclusive high-end samples from the acclaimed Spitfire, Symphobia and Swing libraries. The Sample Synth section provides two fully-featured and independent Layers equipped with intuitive controls for attack, decay/sustain, release and dynamic velocity response.

Additional Sample Synth features include Unison, which blends multiple sample voices for rich, ensemble-like sounds and “Tru-Vibrato”, capturing the unique vibrato characteristics of various acoustic instruments. The advanced Round-Robin feature allows for a natural sound when repeating notes.
